Report a problem
Two ways. The first is the faster one — it reaches us immediately, without you having to sign in anywhere.
Write it in WhatsApp
In the group or chat where you usually report your construction sites. You do not need a new number or a new program.
Simply write what is not working — for example:
"Help, the photos are not uploading."
We automatically recognise words such as "help", "problem", "issue" or "not working". Your message is created as a case immediately — it does not sit there until tomorrow morning.
A screenshot helps. And please add on which page it happened.
Send an email
To hilfe@helloboss.dev. This is the right way if you are in the office and have no WhatsApp channel at all, or if you want to attach something.
So that we do not have to ask: company name, what you did, and what happened instead.
